Even as i weighed in the 300lb range I did not feel like i was eating too much. Most days I only ate one meal. I would skip breakfast in the morning. Skip lunch. Then I would eat 3 plates of food for dinner and sometimes have "second dinner" right before going to bed.
Now I have learned a method that keeps me satisfied all day while I eat fewer calories. I try to eat 5-6 meals everyday. Every 2.5-3 hours, startingg with mor first breakfast i enjoy a 300-400 calorie meal. This gets my metabolism going early and has helped reduce the size of my stomach, so I actually feel full after eating 300 calories.
